*Product Features:

1. Low VOC content, water-based paint;

*Product Application:

Soft/hard wood with a thickness greater than 10mm, and other wood structural products, such as plywood, cardboard, fiber insulation board and plywood with a thickness greater than 12mm.

*Product Construction:

This product is A, B two-component water-based fireproof coating. When in use, mix components A and B uniformly at a weight ratio of 1:1, then brush, roll, spray or dip.
It is recommended to construct in an environment where the ambient temperature is greater than 10C and the humidity is less than 80%.
If multiple brushings are required, intervals of 12-24 hours or more are required. After the AB components are mixed, they will gradually thicken. If you need to apply thinly, it is recommended to start painting immediately after the preparation. After thickening, you can add a small amount of water to thin it out: if you need thick coating, it is recommended to leave it for 10-30 Minutes, after the viscosity rises and then paint, it is easy to thicken.
Coverage: 0.1 mm thick, can expand to 1 cm carbon layer, expand 100 times.

*Storage and transport:

1. Coatings should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry environment at 0°C-35°C, away from heat and fire sources.
2. This product is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive, and is carried out according to the general material transportation regulations.
3. The effective storage period is 12 months, and the materials beyond the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection.

*Surface treatment:

The temperature of the base surface and the environment is higher than 10°C, not higher than 40°C, and the relative humidity is not higher than 70%;
The base surface of the wooden structure must be dry and free from dust, oil, wax, grease, dirt, resin and other pollutants;
There are old coatings on the surface that need to be completely removed;
For the surface of the wooden structure that has been damp, it needs to be polished with sandpaper, and the moisture content of the wooden structure is less than 15%.

*Construction Condition:

During construction, personal safety protection measures should be taken strictly, and the place should be kept well ventilated. If it accidentally gets on the skin, rinse it off with clean water in time. If it accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water in time and send to a doctor.
Before painting, all kinds of stains and dust on the surface of the substrate should be cleaned, and the substrate should be completely dry before painting, so as not to affect the adhesion fastness of the paint film.
The prepared fireproof paint will gradually thicken and finally solidify. It is recommended to use as much as possible to avoid waste. Unused components A and B of 3 should be sealed and stored in time.
After the construction is completed, the construction tools can be cleaned with water.
