1. Blistering

2. Paint flowing

Reason: paint brush too thick, that will cause flow.

3. Film appearance pinhole

Reason:

10), spray pressure is too large or too far.

Methods:
A, fully fulled up the surface of wood and polished enough;
B, multiple coating, and waiting enough time for completely drying;
C, clean the dust and water, and fully dry, clean compressed air;
D, increase the amount of diluent, to achieve the construction of the best viscosity;
E, the summer temperature is too high, to reduce the amount of curing agent, appropriate selection of slow drying solvents.

4. Peeling paint

Reason:
1) the base material is too smooth;
2) wood or metal rust rot;
3) the quality of the paint is too bad;
Method: use fine sandpaper, then brush primer, then paint it again, if there is a large area of the peeling paint must to removed all of it, then brush again.
